Plain-English Summary

LockerReady is a mental performance tool for athletes to train mindset, focus, and character. It is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

Eligibility: You must be 13 or older to use LockerReady.

Privacy First: Your entries are yours. We do not read your content unless you explicitly request technical support or we are required by law.

No Monitoring: We do not monitor your notes for crises. If you need help, use the resources in Settings.

School Accounts: If your school provided your account, they see group usage stats only—never your private notes.

Control: You can delete your account and data at any time.

1. Who Can Use LockerReady

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users between 13–17 affirm they have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to create an account.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

LockerReady is a performance skills training app focused on mental preparation. It does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the App does not create a therapeutic or medical relationship. LockerReady is not a crisis intervention service.

3. Physical Training Disclaimer

You are responsible for your own physical readiness and safety. Consult a medical professional for physical injuries or before beginning any new physical training regimen.

4. Your Account Responsibilities

Security: Keep your login credentials private.

Nickname: Choose a "Locker Name" (nickname) that does not include your real name for your own privacy.

Conduct: You may not use the App to harm, harass, or impersonate others.

5. Data Collection and Use

We collect your email, nickname, and performance data to provide the service.

Private Notes: Your entries are stored securely. We do not access or share these entries with coaches, schools, or third parties unless required by law or if you explicitly request technical support that requires data investigation.

Institutional Reporting: If your account is provided by a school or team, you acknowledge that we may share anonymized, aggregate usage data (e.g., "70% of the team trained this week") with that institution.

6. No Public Features & No Monitoring

There are no public posts or social feeds. Everything you write is private to you. LockerReady LLC does not monitor, screen, or review user entries. We have no obligation to provide intervention based on your private notes.

7. Technical & Crisis Support

Technical Support: Assistance is provided via support@lockerready.com. Support is limited to app functionality; we do not provide performance coaching or mental health advice through support channels.

Crisis Resources: LockerReady provides a directory of third-party crisis resources (such as 988 in the US) in the Settings menu. These resources are independent of LockerReady. LockerReady LLC is not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911).

8. Intellectual Property

All App content (text, graphics, and functionality) is owned by LockerReady LLC. You are granted a limited, personal license to use the App for non-commercial performance development.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time. Data is removed from active systems promptly; backups are cleared within 30 days unless required by law.

10. Legal Disclaimers & Indemnity

The App is provided "as-is." You agree to indemnify LockerReady LLC against any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maryland on an individual basis.

Privacy Policy for LockerReady

This Privacy Policy describes how LockerReady LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, LockerReady (the "App").

Disclaimer: Performance vs. Clinical Care LockerReady is a mental game performance tool designed to build performance, purpose, and character. It is NOT therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health condition or provide clinical crisis intervention.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide the service and improve your performance experience.

Information You Provide to Us Account Information includes your email address for authentication and recovery. Profile Information includes your nickname ("Locker Name"), optional jersey number, and your birthdate to verify you are 13+ years old. Performance Data includes information regarding your sport, competitive level, goals, and obstacles ("Dragons"). User Reflections consist of the content of your private notes and entries. (See Section 3 for strict privacy and non-monitoring protections).

Information Collected Automatically Usage Data includes time spent in the App, features accessed, and actions taken (e.g., training frequency). Technical Data includes your IP Address, device type, and operating system. Diagnostics include error logs collected via Sentry to maintain app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information (Legal Basis)

We rely on Legitimate Interest and Contractual Necessity to process your data.

For Service Provision, we use your Email, Nickname, and Sport based on Contractual Necessity. For App Improvement, we use Anonymous Usage Data based on Legitimate Interest. For Institutional Reporting, we use Aggregated Usage Trends based on Legitimate Interest. For Security and Stability, we use your IP Address and Error Logs based on Legitimate Interest.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

Third-Party Service Providers: We use Supabase (Database/Auth) and Sentry (Error Monitoring). Data is shared only to the extent necessary for these services to function.

Licensed Institutional Partners (Schools/Teams): If your account was provided by a school/team, we may share anonymized, aggregated usage reports with them (e.g., "70% of the team used the app this week").

PROHIBITION ON CONTENT SHARING AND MONITORING: We NEVER share your exact responses, private notes, or individual reflections with coaches, schools, or any third party, unless required by law (such as a valid subpoena or court order).

No Active Monitoring: We do not proactively monitor or review your private notes. LockerReady is not a crisis intervention service. You are responsible for your own safety and are encouraged to use the resources in Settings or contact a professional if you are in distress.

4. International Data Transfers

LockerReady is based in the United States. Your data is stored and processed in AWS | us-east-2. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from your home country.

5. Your Data Rights

Regardless of your location, we provide the following rights: Access and Portability (Request a copy of your data); Correction (Update your nickname or sport); and Deletion (Request that we delete your account). Data is removed from active systems promptly; secure backups are cleared within 30 days unless required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

LockerReady is for athletes 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users under 18 affirm they have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
